The vexation displayed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was not something common for the leader of a country, Alternate Foreign Minister responsible for European issues Miltiadis Varvitsiotis noted in an interview with ANT1 TV on Tuesday.
Referring to Turkey's illegal drilling in the Mediterranean and Turkey's stance toward Greece, Varvitsiotis said that recently the Turkish president showed intense vexation in his statements, which was not usual for a head of state.
Varvitisiotis also underlined that Greece will try to remain calm and act as a stabilising factor in the region, adding that Greece exports security, in contrast to Turkey's destabilising role.
On the results of Berlin Conference, he underlined that Greece showed great determination in the way it acted, adding that Greece cannot be excluded from any developments whatsoever.
Concluding he said that the Greek government's intention is to be actively involved in any process launched in the future.
