PM Mitsotakis visits Thessaloniki International airport upgrade construction site

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Friday visited the site for the upgrade and extension of the Thessaloniki International Airport 'Makedonia', shortly after arriving in the northern Greek city for the opening of the 84th Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF).

Mitsotakis was received by Fraport Greece CEO Alexander Zinelli, who showed him the site and briefed him extensively on the progress of works there.

Afterwards Mitsotakis met and talked with employees of the company and was informed by them about the technical specifications of the project.
