The final results after the end of the voting procedure for the second round of the local administration elections in the largest cities and regions in Greece on Sunday were the following:

Municipality of Athens (with 100 percent of the votes counted)

Costas Bakoyiannis 65.25 pct

Nassos Iliopoulos 34.75 pct

Municipality of Thessaloniki (with 100 pct of the votes counted)

Constantinos Zervas 66.79 pct

Nikos Tahiaos 33.21 pct

Municipality of Patras (with 100 pct of the votes counted)

Costas Peletidis 70.91 pct

Grigoris Alexopoulos 29.09 pct

Municipality of Piraeus (with 100 pct of the votes counted)

Yiannis Moralis 57.81 pct

Nikos Vlahakos 42.19 pct

Regional Governors

Region of Attica (with 100 pct of the votes counted)

Giorgos Patoulis 65.79 pct
